Thinking of building a new home?

If you’re thinking of building a new home you might be interested in following along with our “almost completed” Sebastopol project. We broke ground in June of 2020, yes right as COVID began, and it has been quite a journey these past 2 1/2 years navigating these unprecedented times. From Building Department closures, OSHA and the CDC’s constantly shifting guidelines, delays in materials and then more delays….followed by added material costs and lest I forget to mention the extra care needed on site to keep our crew, subcontractors and the homeowners healthy, has been both a challenging and yet extremely rewarding experience all around. Like all new home builds each one has its own unique challenges, but this one, we believe, brought out the best in our team. From the very start we were very fortunate to have had such a creative collaborative relationship with the architect and homeowners. With our clients unequivocal sense of style coupled with their patience and desire to create their dream home, we worked side by side to bring their dreams to fruition!
