Phil Kline
General Contractor
Phil Kline has been a general contractor since 1988, working primarily on custom residential remodels, additions, and new construction. Phil’s strength is working collaboratively with his clients, architects, and subcontractors, to create beautiful, functional, high quality living environments.
Phil has a master’s degree in conflict resolution and is trained in ‘green building’. He enjoys working with his clients to solve problems and make decisions, that are sound in terms of great building practices and in line with the client’s values.
Caroline Stephens
Project Manager/Designer
Caroline has worked in the field of design and construction for over 25 years and is thrilled to be combining her love for design and her organizational skills working with Phil. She often collaborates with the architects and homeowners on the projects design which has proved to be an invaluable asset as we build out the space.
Caroline has a degree in Interior Architecture from F.I.D.M. Los Angeles. Originally from London, Caroline grew up in the Bay Area and resides now in Marin with her family. When she's not helping Phil with the ins and outs of the company you can find her hiking the hills of Mount Tamalpais or at the beach most any day.

Mia Greene Wyman
Bookkeeper
Mia joined the team in January 2016. She came to us with nearly twenty years experience in the business world, mostly as Director of Production for an international content development company.
After becoming a mother, she found she wanted to work in a smaller, local, and more flexible environment. She brings her years of organizational skills and her love of quality and the creative process to our office and helps keep the administrative side of things running smoothly.
When she is not working or playing with her family, she finds herself baking pies…
